  • 2 dash olive oil
  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 adobo
  • 2 tbsp sofrito
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 packages sazon
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packages mexican blend cheese
  • 1 packages blue corn tortillas

How to Make Nadgie's Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Nadgie's Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season the beef with the adobo and heat the oil, mix in the sofrito.
  • Step 2
  • Cook the meat until no longer pink. Add the ground cumin, the pinto and refried beans. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • While simmering add the tomato sauce, the taco seasoning and the sazon. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Finely chop the green onions and avocado.
  • Step 5
  • Serve on a deep bowl and top it with the mexican cheese blend, sourcream, green onion and avocado. Enjoy it with the corn tortillas.
