  • 200 grams Nagaimo yam
  • 200 grams Silken tofu
  • 1 (to taste), but i recommend lots Pizza cheese
  • 2 tbsp Shiro-dashi
  • 2 tbsp plus Low fat Mayonnaise

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Nagaimo Yam and Tofu Bake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grate the nagaimo yam into a bowl and add the tofu chopped into large bite-size pieces. Add shiro-dashi and mayonnaise and mix. Try not to break up the tofu too much.
  • Step 2
  • Put the mixture from Step 1 into a heatproof dish, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in an oven preheated to 355ºF/180ºC (on the top rack). Bake for about 20 minutes.
