  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 150-250 ml olive oil, grape seed oil or sunflower oil

  • Serve with bread and/or a beer. I also thought it was great on boiled or steamed potatoes!
