  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3 cup water

    Step 1
  • Brown rice in olive oil till very brown but not burnt.
  • Step 2
  • Finely diced yellow onion to rice and olive oil while browning.
  • Step 3
  • Add can of tomato sauce stir till rice is stained. May cause you to cough.
  • Step 4
  • Mix hot water and Beef broth together and stir into rice. Bring to a boil while adding chopped cilantro.
  • Step 5
  • Cover and simmer till done. Approximately 20-25 min.
