Ingredients: Napolitan-style Yakisoba Noodles

  • 1 pack Chinese-style noodles (yakisoba noodles)
  • 2 Wiener sausages
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 leaf Cabbage
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp ★Ketchup
  • 1 tsp ★Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for stir frying)

How to Make Napolitan-style Yakisoba Noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Napolitan-style Yakisoba Noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut up the ingredients. Slice the wiener sausages on the diagonal. Slice the onion and bell pepper about 5 mm wide. Cut up the cabbage.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add the onion, sausages, bell pepper and cabbage in that order and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
  • When the vegetables have wilted, add the warmed noodles (see Hints) and stir-fry. Add the ketchup and mayonnaise.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer to a plate and top with parsley and grated cheese. Add a fried egg on top if you like, and enjoy!
