Ingredients: Natto Pasta

  • 100 grams Pasta
  • 1 pack Chopped natto
  • 4 tbsp ●Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ●Mentsuyu (concentrate)
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed

How to Make Natto Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Natto Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the pasta and then coat with a little bit of olive oil and soy sauce. Let sit (If you're going to be eating your pasta right away, omit this part).
  • Step 2
  • While the pasta is boiling, add the ingredients directly into the natto pack and mix it up.
  • Step 3
  • Arrange the pasta on a dish, top with the natto, and place an egg yolk in the center. Garnish with shredded nori.
  • Step 4
  • Add the mixed natto from Step 2, along with diced cheese, to 2-3 eggs to make an omelet.
