  • 3 diced tomatoes
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cup salsa

    Step 1
  • Fried Bread: Mix dry ingredients.
  • Step 2
  • Add water to dry ingredients and mix until moistened.
  • Step 3
  • Pinch off dough into small amounts and roll into balls and cover.

  • Preheat 1" oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Step 5
  • Roll out ball of dough on floured surface to about an 8" round.
  • Step 6
  • Place the round into the skillet and brown on both sides.

  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  • Repeat until all rounds of dough are cooked.
  • Step 9
  • Taco Topping: Brown ground beef in separate skillet.
  • Step 10
  • Layer each fried bread with ground beef, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
