  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Filling
  • 1 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in
  • 3 tbsp fresh milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour, chilled
  • 1 cup blueberries in syrup

How to Make No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

    Step 1
  • To make crust, mix crumbs, sugar, margarine and lemon rind.
  • Step 2
  • Press on a 9 in pie plate. Chill.
