  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 600 grams Soft cheese
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Double cream
  • 1 Strawberries or any topping you like

How to Make No Bake Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make No Bake Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start with placing the crackers/biscuits in a food processor. Add in the butter and mix
  • Step 2
  • Press crumbs firmly into a8/ 9 inch pan... And chill in the fridge for 30 mins

  • In a bowl mix in the soft cheese with vanilla and sugar
  • Step 4
  • Beat until smooth
  • Step 5
  • Add In the double cream and continue mixing until well combined
