  • Wash and peel potatoes in cold water.

  • Chop Potatoes into evenly sized pieces and add to a large pan.

  • Cover a baking tray large enough for the potatoes in cooking foil and lightly spray with Fry Light.
  • Step 9
  • Gently place the potatoes on the baking tray with plenty of space between each. Use a second tray if you need to.
  • Step 10
  • Spray all potatoes lightly and evenly with Fry Light.
  • Step 11
  • Add baking tray to oven and roast at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  • Step 12
  • Serve immediately - roast potatoes are best fresh from the oven and don't react well to being kept warm (like a hot plate) for long.
