  • 6 cup red potatoes, diced
  • 5 cup water
  • 2 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • season salt
  • garlic powder
  • dash hot sauce
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 lb bacon- chopped, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz shredded Velveta
  • flour or cornstarch - to thicken

How to Make No-Fuss Potato Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make No-Fuss Potato Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine all ingredients except milk, cheese, bacon, hot sauce, season salt and garlic powder in slow cooker.
  • Step 2
  • Cover and cook on high 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted and heated through. If it needs thickened you can use flour/ cornstarch and water mixture to do so.
