  • 1 packages dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cup all purpouse flour

    Step 1
  • mix water and yeast and let stand for 5min
  • Step 2
  • heat milk ,butter, sugar, and salt just till butter starts to melt and milk is just worm
  • Step 3
  • add milk mixture to water and yeast
  • Step 4
  • in a big ball mix the liquids with flour
  • Step 5
  • put the sticky dough in a greased ball, cover with plastics rap and refrigerate over night
  • Step 6
  • take the dough outside the fridge and let stand for 30 min
  • Step 7
  • butter and flour a cake pan and put dough inside
  • Step 8
  • cover and wait 8 hours or till it doubles in size
  • Step 9
  • bake in a Pre heated 400°F oven
