  • 6 cups AP or bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp instant/active dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 2/3 cup cool water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make No knead bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine flour, yeast and salt. Add water and mix well. Cover w plastic wrap and let rise 12-18 hours at room temp.
  • Step 2
  • Place dough on floured surface and fold a couple times. Place seam side down on floured parchment paper on top of towel. Fold corners to cover dough. Let rise 2 hours.
  • Step 3
  • Flip dough into pan. Cover and bake at 425 for 40 min. Uncover and bake 10-15 more min
