  • 50 grams Cornmeal
  • 50 grams White flour
  • 1/2 tsp each Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • For finishing:
  • 1 dash Garam masala and chilli powder

How to Make Non-fried Cornmeal Chips

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Non-fried Cornmeal Chips in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.
  • Step 2
  • Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.
  • Step 3
  • Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin. Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.
  • Step 4
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the dough for 20 minutes. Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes. Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder. They're ready.
