  • 12 tbsp ◎ White flour

  • 8 tbsp ◎ Water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Non-fried Tender Chicken Breast Cutlets in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken into rathe thin bite sized pieces and put them in a plastic bag along with the ingredients marked ● (salt, pepper, sake). Close the bag up and massage the chicken over the bag to help the flavors penetrate it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • You can also bake the chicken in a toaster oven, where it should take 20-25 minutes to cook. If it looks like they're going to get burned, cover loosely with a piece of aluminium foil.
