  • 1 dash ●Salt
  • 1 pinch ●Black pepper
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Panko

How to Make Non-Fried Tofu Minced Katsu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Non-Fried Tofu Minced Katsu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Microwave the tofu for 1 minute, add the warmed tofu, finely chopped shiitake mushrooms, chicken tenders, grated wheat gluten, and • flavoring ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Add the meat mixture from step 1 in a pan coated with olive oil after rolling them up into bite-sized portions, add Japanese sake, and steam cook.
  • Step 3
  • Once one side has browned a bit, flip over, and transfer to a plate after they have cooked through.
  • Step 4
  • The meat mixture up to this point is the same as "Diet No-Fry Tofu Sweet N' Spicy Meatballs", so you can use half to make these.
  • Step 5
  • Cover with flour, whisked egg, and panko, cook in a pan coated with olive oil, and take them out onto plates after they have turned golden brown.
  • Step 6
  • Garnish with soy sauce, lemon, or ketchup, and it is done .
