  • 1 cup Chopped onion bell pepper and mushroom mixed

  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 6 medium Peeled/cubed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 can Corn optional

  • Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mushroom
  • Step 2

  • Top with shredded cheese then put in oven on 350 just long enough to melt or lightly brown the cheese
