  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • preheat oven to 450
  • Step 2
  • Cut chicken into cutlets
  • Step 3
  • combined spices and bread crumbs in a deep dish

  • line baking sheet with foil then lightly coat with butter
  • Step 6
  • Dip chicken in oil/lemon juice then dip in the bread crumb mix coating both sides of chicken

  • place on baking sheet and put in oven

  • cook for me 15 minutes then flip chicken and return to oven for 8 minutes
  • Step 9
  • Take out of oven, put chicken on a plate and eat:)
