  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup dried mission figs
  • 10 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Nut Fruit Muesli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Nut Fruit Muesli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the nuts, ginger and figs.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl combine oats, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and nuts.
  • Step 3
  • Heat together the honey, coconut oil and water until reaches a boil.
  • Step 4
  • Pour over the dry mixture and place on pan. Spread out flat. Cook at 300°F for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Stir granola and return to oven another 5 to 10 minutes, repeating until reaching desired crunchiness and remove from oven.
  • Step 6
  • Add the dried fruit, stir well and allow granola to cool.
  • Step 7
  • Store in airtight container.
