  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • 397 gram condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 150 gram self-raising flour
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp butter
  • FOR THE FROSTING:
  • 200 gram soft butter
  • 200 gram powdered sugar
  • 200 gram Nutella
  • 3 tbsp cream or milk

How to Make Nutella cakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Nutella cakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • FOR THE CAKE: Melt the chocolate together with the butter.
  • Step 2
  • Stir on low heat until you have a good chocolate sauce.
  • Step 3
  • Put all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Mix for 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Preheat your oven to 180° celsius and cover a square bakingform with bakingpaper. Pour the mixture in to the bakingform.
  • Step 6
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven or until done.
  • Step 7
  • Slice through half and in squares. Let it cool down completely before making the frosting.
  • Step 8
  • Mix the butter until fluffy and add little by little the powdered sugar. Mix in the rest for the frosting with a pinch of salt.
  • Step 9
  • Decorate them to your liking
  • Step 10
  • I added a hazelnut on top, but this is optional.
