  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cooking spray

    Step 1
  • Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Mix wet ingredients in another small bowl then combine into dry until just moistened.
