  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp low fat milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder

How to Make Oatmeal Pancakes.

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Oatmeal Pancakes. in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the flour , oats and baking powder in a bowl
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl, beat the egg until froth appears. Add milk and oil and mix lightly.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the liquid mixture in the other bowl and mix until the solid mixture becomes moist. Do not over mix. Resist that temptation. Reward? Perfect pancakes.
  • Step 4
  • Pour mixture on a non stick pre heated pan and cook on side until bubbles begin to appear. You maybe a pro at flipping burgers. But with the pancake, flip once.
  • Step 5
  • Serve with Mangoes and Maple syrup.
