  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 4 1/2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Oatmeal raisin cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cream butter and both sugars together until combined.
  • Step 2
  • Add in the egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
