  • Preheat the oven to 200℃ (190℃ is fine, depending on the oven).
  • Step 2
  • Combine the ◎ ingredients in a bowl using a whisk. Add the yogurt, and mix with a spoon.

  • Bring the dough together by hand, and press it down until it's about 2 cm thick. Cut into 5-6 portions using a knife or dough scraper, and arrange on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 190℃, and it's done. It's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside thanks to the yogurt.
  • Step 5
  • Done. It puffed up 2-3 times its height.
  • Step 6
