  • 100 grams Kinako
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 grams Brown sugar
  • 20 grams Skim milk powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven for 170℃. Beat the egg into a bowl, and mix with a whisk. Add the brown sugar, and mix.

  • Pour in the milk, and mix some more.
  • Step 3
  • Add kinako and skim milk powder (no need to sift).
  • Step 4
  • Mix with a spatula with a cutting motion. When it starts to clump, it's good. When it doesn't, don't worry, just keep mixing patiently.
  • Step 5
  • When the mixture has clumped, put into a thick plastic bag (ziplock bags, etc).
  • Step 6
  • Rub the dough over the bag, and roll into a ball.
  • Step 7
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on top of the bag.
  • Step 8
  • Cut the dough into you preferred pieces. Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170℃.
  • Step 9
  • When they are done, leave on the baking sheet to cool.
