Ingredients: Oil-free Marinated Mushrooms

  • 1/2 pack Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1/2 to 1 small pack Enoki mushrooms
  • 2 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 pack Hen-of-the-woods
  • 1/6 Onion
  • 4 cm Carrot
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ★Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ★White wine vinegar (or regular vinegar)
  • 1/4 tsp ★Sugar
  • 1 ★Salt and pepper
  • 1 Powdered parsley (optional)

How to Make Oil-free Marinated Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Oil-free Marinated Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion and carrot. Heat a frying pan and dry fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • Mix in the onion and carrot. Add white wine. When the alcohol has evaporated, cover the pan and steam for 2 minutes over low heat.
  • Step 3
  • Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool. Combine with ★ condiments and chill in the fridge. Dish it up and sprinkle on a pinch of dried parsley.
