  • 50 grams Fresh okara
  • 50 grams ☆Cake flour
  • 1/3 tsp ☆Baking powder

  • 3 tbsp Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 40 grams Mix nuts (any nuts you like)
  • 15 grams ・Sugar
  • 1 tsp ・Water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Okara Cookies with Caramelized Nuts in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Use your favorite nuts. Roast briefly in the oven or a pan. Finely chop the nuts into 5mm - 1cm pieces.
