  • 250 grams Fresh okara
  • 3 tbsp White flour
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 2 tbsp Artificial sweetner (Lakanto or sweetener)
  • 1 medium or small Egg

How to Make Okara Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Okara Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Saute the fresh okara in a frying pan until crumbly. Do not use oil.
  • Step 2
  • Stir in the butter and artificial sugar well, and add in the egg.
  • Step 3
  • Add the flour and Step 2 into Step 1, place into a plastic bag and knead well, flatten, and chill in the freezer for about an hour.
  • Step 4
  • Cut the plastic bag open, and then cut the dough into whatever size you prefer.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 20~25 minutes.
