  • 60 grams Soy milk (or milk)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Additional ingredients (optional)
  • 1 Boiled azuki beans or Amanatto

How to Make Okara Cup Cakes with Matcha and Cinnamon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Okara Cup Cakes with Matcha and Cinnamon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 170℃. (Line the muffin cups with heat resistant paper molds so that it will be easier to take out from the muffin cups.)
  • Step 2
  • Put all ★ ingredients in a bowl in order on the ingredients list and mix well using a spoon. Then add soy milk and continue mixing.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour the mixture in the muffin cups. Top with the additional ingredients if you like.
