Ingredients: Okara Fried Rice

  • 75 grams Cooked white rice
  • 75 grams Fresh okara
  • 20 grams Carrot
  • 1 Green onion or scallion
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 grams Chirimen jako
  • 1/3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Sesame oil

How to Make Okara Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Okara Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the okara in the frying pan and cook it until crumbly (but don't grease the pan).
  • Step 2
  • Mince the carrot and finely chop the scallion.
  • Step 3
  • Combine the rice and beaten egg in a bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan. Add Step 2 and the chirimen jako and lightly cook. Then add Steps 1 and 3. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
