  • 80 grams Fresh okara

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Okara Muffin with Banana and Yogurt in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the yogurt to the sugar, and mix until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Add the beaten egg, and mix some more.
  • Step 3
  • Make banana paste or mash it with a fork in a separate bowl. Add the lemon juice, and mix. Add the okara, and mix well. Add this mixture to Step 2, and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Sift the cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add cinnamon, and mix with Step 3.

  • Pour the batter into muffin cups, and tap on the counter to remove air. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180℃/350℉.
  • Step 6
  • When cooled, if you don't plan to eat right away, put them in a plastic bag. They are moist and chewy muffins.
