Ingredients: Okara Quiche

  • 50 grams Okara
  • 2 bunches Spinach
  • 5 slice Sliced ham (or bacon)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cake flour
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 Pizza cheese

How to Make Okara Quiche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Okara Quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the spinach (about 90 seconds in a 500 W microwave) and squeeze to drain. Cut the ham into about 1 cm wide strips.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, mix the cake flour and milk well so lumps don't form. Mix the okara, egg, and Step 1 into the mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Season with the salt and pepper. Butter a heat-resistant container and pour the mixture from Step 2 into the container. Sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has browned. Enjoy.
