  • 100 g okara
  • 8 cm piece cucumber
  • 3 cm piece carrot
  • 2 tbsp boiled corn
  • 2 slices ham

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3~4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning (optional)

    Step 1
  • Slice cucumber thinly, sprinkle salt on it, and leave for 5 mins. Wash with water, drain well.
  • Step 2
  • Cut carrot into small bite sized pieces, boil lightly or use a microwave.

  • Step 4
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with anything to taste.
