  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp Tempura crumbs (optional)
  • 1 as required Vegetable oil
  • 1 as required ☆ Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 as required ☆ Mayonnaise
  • 1 as required ☆ Dried Bonito flakes
  • 1 as required ☆ Dried green nori flakes

How to Make Okonomiyaki-style Toast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Okonomiyaki-style Toast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut out the white part of the bread (with your knife cut along the crust).
  • Step 2
  • Slice the bacon and cabbage.
  • Step 3
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay the crust in the pan. Fill the cavity with cabbage and bacon. (Fry over a medium to low heat.)
  • Step 4
  • Salt and pepper. Stir in the whisked egg and tempura crumbs.
  • Step 5
  • Place the cut-out white part of bread over the ingredients inside the crust. Press gently.
  • Step 6
  • Flip and fry further.
  • Step 7
  • Put the ☆ toppings on the toast and serve.
  • Step 8
  • If you cut the toast, it should look similar to this.
