  • 10 grams celery
  • 1 1/2 kg small potatoes
  • 4 piece ham
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 5 grams basil
  • 5 grams ground black pepper
  • 4 grams salt
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 kg pasta
  • 1/2 kg noodles
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 5 grams basil

How to Make Oli Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Oli Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre cook the noodles for 10 minutes and sprinkle some salt. This will help the noodles not to stick on the pan.
  • Step 2
  • Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Pour the olive oil into the frying pan
  • Step 4
  • Add the garlic after 15 seconds add the chopped ham, then bell pepper, onions
  • Step 5
  • Stir and add some salt, ground pepper and basil
  • Step 6
  • Filter ther noodles and pour it in the frying pan
  • Step 7
  • Mix and add some celery
  • Step 8
  • Fry the potatoes on a different pan with olive oil, garlic, bell pepper, salt and onions
