  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp margarine

How to Make Olives and eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Olives and eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat the eggs, set aside. Heat the margarine in a large nonstick pan.
  • Step 2
  • Add eggs let sit 20 seconds add olives. Cover with lid. After 1 minute add cheese. Add water on the edges cover let cook till cheese melts, and eggs cooked on top.
  • Step 3
  • Tilt pan and gently roll the eggs up. Let gravity help in the rolling. Cut in half sprinkle tops with Herbs de Provence
  • Step 4
  • Serve hope you enjoy!
