  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1 Bratwurst sausage
  • 1 Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 Vegetable Oil
  • 1 dash of Salt and Pepper (optional)

How to Make Omelette

    Step 1
  • Crack the eggs into large bowl, mix until slightly bubbly
  • Step 2
  • Add milk into egg mixture, stir, and set aside
  • Step 3
  • Cut up the sausages unto small pieces, set aside

  • Melt the butter with vegetable oil in the pan with medium heat
  • Step 5
  • Put the diced onion and sausages, stir fry but not until fully cooked
  • Step 6
  • Pour the egg mixture to the pan
  • Step 7
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese
  • Step 8
  • Add salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • Step 9
  • Serve with toast bread
