  • 1 sea salt
  • 1 ground white pepper
  • 1 slice all natural provalone cheese
  • 1 slice all natural,nitrate free, smoked deli ham
  • 2 slice whole wheat bread,toasted

How to Make One Mean Egg Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make One Mean Egg Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice tomato and jalepeño to desired sizes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil to a sizzle in a skillet.
  • Step 3
  • Add egg.
  • Step 4
  • Add sliced tomato and jalepeño on top of egg.
  • Step 5
  • Add all spices and seasonings to the egg while the top layer is still runny. (Up the ante with crushed red pepper,or more jalepeño for more heat)
  • Step 6
  • While top layer of egg is still runny,add slice of provolone cheese and slice of ham on top of that.
  • Step 7
  • Let the cheese melt and hold it all together,flipping occasionally until egg is cooked to desired level. (I like a slightly runny yoke,but this is optional.)
  • Step 8
  • Slide the whole thing between two slices of whole wheat toast.
