  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  • 1 Green onions (chopped)

    Step 1
  • Cover the bottom of a frying pan with bonito flakes. Put the cut firm tofu on top.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle the sugar, sake and mentsuyu on top of the tofu and shake the pan. Turn on the heat, and simmer over medium heat for a while.

  • When the seasoning have been absorbed by the tofu, turn them over, put the lid back on and simmer over low heat.

  • Transfer to serving plates, and garnish with chopped green onion.
