  • 1 ripe tomato (sliced and deseeded)
  • 125 grams goats cheese or Mozerella

  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
  • Step 17
  • toss the spinach in some olive oil and salt
  • Step 18
  • Add to the tart and serve
