  • few sprigs thyme
  • 3 dessert spoons sugar
  • 7 dessert spoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Heat the olive oil and salt. Slice the onions in thin half moon slices. And the thyme.

  • Saute the onion and thyme for a few minutes over a moderate heat

  • Step 5
  • Add the vinegar
