  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 grated rind of 1/2 orange

  • Preheat oven to 325°F

  • Beat yolks well.

  • Increase heat to 350°F and bake for another hour or until fork or cake tater comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
  • Step 12
  • For the icing

  • Cream all icing ingredients together and spread on cake.
