  • 3 large Orange
  • 1/2 packet Kanten
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

    Step 1
  • This is the powdered kanten I used. You dissolve each pack in 400 ml water. I used half of this - but use whatever brand you're familiar with.
  • Step 2
  • Work over a bowl since you'll be using both the orange pulp and juice. Peel the orange and slide a knife into the cluster to remove the flesh.
  • Step 3
  • Transfer the meat into the cups. Remove seeds. I used 100 ml of juice. Add 100 ml of water and 1/2 packet of kanten (eye-balled) to dissolve.
  • Step 4
  • Heat, and add sugar. When the mixture boils and the sugar is fully dissolved, add orange juice. Pour into the cups. Chill to finish.
