  • 3/4 lb ground turkey
  • 1 lb orzo
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 6 oz velveeta cheese
  • 5 mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt pepper

How to Make Orzo broccoli casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Orzo broccoli casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven 375. Boil water for orzo and broccoli. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook orzo for 5 minutes then add broccoli, mushrooms. Cook for another 7 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Saute ground turkey in a separate pan while orzo broccoli cooks. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on turkey while cookin.
  • Step 3
  • Drain orzo and use the pot for the next ingredients. Add milk, cubed velveeta and cream of chicken, stir till combined and cooked.
  • Step 4
  • Pour all ingredients into pot and fold all together
  • Step 5
  • Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top of casserole and put in oven. Cook 20 minutes. Enjoy
