  • 4 slice bread
  • 1 packages otah paste (de-frozed)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 maple syrup (optional)

How to Make Otah French Toast

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Otah French Toast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spread otah paste on bread. If there are huge chunks of fish, cut into smaller pieces and spread nicely.
  • Step 2
  • Heat frying pan with oil. Pan fry bread (otah side) until cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Cut into smaller pieces if desired.
  • Step 4
  • Dip bread into beaten egg, do not let it soak. Just dip and straight to the pan it goes.
  • Step 5
  • Fry until egg is cooked. If there's still a lot of egg left, dip and fry again until there's no more.
  • Step 6
  • Drizzle with some maple syrup (optional) and serve!
