  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 can (7 oz) diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb smoked sausage (optional)

How to Make Otto's Beer Cheese Soup

  • Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Saute until softened. Add flour. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
