  • 1 cup of shaved coconut
  • 1/3 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 can of cannellini beans
  • 1/2 can of green chickpeas

  • Take your favourite bowl or any plate.
  • Step 2
  • Get the green chickpeas and the cannellini beans into the bowl.

  • Put your tomato sauce- not really 1/3 cup, but that's the amout that I put in.

  • Take your shaved coconut into the bowl and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • *If you have that guilt to eat store buy canned beans, just soaked the green chickpeas in salted water overnight to soften it up a little bit but you don't necessarily need to do that.
  • Step 6
  • *The tomato sauce just come in with the cannellini beans but the pasta one won't be wrong I think.
