Ingredients: Oven-Baked Shiitake Mushrooms

  • 8 ◇ Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 ★ Egg
  • 2 tsp Milk
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 15 grams ★ Salami
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ★ Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ★ Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp ★ Mayonnaise
  • 1 Grated Parmsan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
  • 1 Watercress or parsley (garnish)

How to Make Oven-Baked Shiitake Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Oven-Baked Shiitake Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the stems off the shiitake mushrooms. Wipe off any dirt. Finely chop the removed stems.
  • Step 2
  • Add the black pepper to the egg and beat well. Put the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and stir fry over low heat until fragrant. Turn the heat up to medium and stir-fry the chopped mushroom stems.
  • Step 3
  • Add the egg and stir fry. Use 4 chopsticks held together to mix so that the egg becomes very fine. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
  • Step 4
  • Finely chop the salami. Add the ★ ingredients to the bowl from Step 3 and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture from Step 4. Neaten up the caps, and sprinkle on top with some grated cheese. Bake in an oven (or a toaster oven) until golden brown.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with some green garnish such as watercress or parsley to make it look attractive. Done!
