  • 3 lb beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
  • 5 cup water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz package thick kluski noodles, uncooked

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 300°. Spray Dutch oven or roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • Place beef, carrots, and celery in pot. Mix water, soup, pepper, bouillon cubes, and soup mixes. Pour over meat.
  • Step 3
  • Cover and cook 2 1/2 hours.
  • Step 4
  • Stir noodles into pot. Cover and cook an additional 30-45 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Add water if necessary.
