  • 12 eggs
  • 16 oz bacon or ham or sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 16 oz cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

    Step 1
  • If you are using sausage, cook halfway through add onion
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl. Beat eggs, add milk and stir.
  • Step 3
  • Add bread and stir again.
  • Step 4
  • Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  • Step 5
  • Add cheese to the mixture, add salt and peper.
  • Step 6
  • Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 7
  • Pour in mixture in to pan, add meat.
  • Step 8
  • Preheat oven 350°F, cover pan with aluminum foil.
  • Step 9
  • Bake for 30 mins, remove foil and bake for another 30 mins.
  • Step 10
  • Remove and let stand for 7 mins.
